AniMed's Linseed Oil blend is one of the richest, natural sources of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) derived from plant seeds. Horses require a minimum level of fat in their diet for optimum health. Omega 3 and Omega 6 are essential fatty acids and as such, must be supplied in their diet or through supplements.
