Pinkston's Turf Goods offers the following Returns Policy:

• We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

• All items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all vintage items are final sale.
  
• Please return merchandise in the original condition...unused and unworn with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice included with the merchandise.
•  Indicate the reason for the return on the invoice along with your preference for a refund or exchange.
•  Please ship prepaid UPS or Parcel Post.  Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error in filling your order.
• Credit will be issued to the original credit card account within 30 days of the return of the merchandise.
   

These items may not be returned:

 • Vaccines and pharmaceuticals
 • Custom or special order items such as horse clothing, blankets, custom order color
    combinations, etc.
 • Dog collars and belts (unless our mistake)...please include all information requested
    when ordering these items to ensure your full satisfaction.
 • Embroidered or monogrammed items and clothing.
